What data we collect and why

Contact form: name, email, phone, wedding date and venue, and your message. Purpose: to answer your enquiry and prepare a service proposal. Legal basis: your consent and the pre-contractual measures you request.

Website chat: we store conversations with the virtual assistant in order to handle your enquiry and keep continuity in the communication. If you share contact details, they are used so the Greta Weddings team can reply to you personally. Legal basis: your consent.

We do not use your data for purposes other than those described, nor do we share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

Data processors

To provide the service we work with providers that process data on our behalf and under our instructions:

Supabase (database hosting and site functions), Resend (transactional email delivery) and Lovable (website hosting platform and provider of the AI gateway that processes chat conversations). These providers may involve international data transfers covered by the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.

Retention

We keep the data for as long as the relationship with you lasts and, afterwards, for the legally required periods. Chat conversations are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@gretaweddings.com and proving your identity. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
