We work with you from the first meeting to the last minute of the wedding. We define the concept together, find the venue, select and negotiate with vendors, build the payment calendar and run the logistics of the day.

Marta keeps everything in its place and on time. Abraham handles day-to-day operations and is also a private chef, so the food side —catering, menu, pairings— is chosen with professional judgement.

How we work

We start with a free call or meeting to understand the wedding you have in mind, the date you are considering and the budget you are comfortable with. If it is a good fit, we send you a proposal tailored to your case.

From there the process is progressive: venue and date first, then the key vendors (catering, photography, music), and in the final months the fine design, tastings and the run sheet for the day.

When to get in touch

We recommend starting at least 12 months ahead. Seville's haciendas and most sought-after vendors book high-season dates —spring and autumn— far in advance.

If your date is closer, write to us anyway: we will tell you honestly what is realistic in the time left.
